The connector is a very tight fit so a little force is necessary. When we figured that out then it was a cinch. The sound is incredible and it’s seamless with my new Vizio tv. Now dialogue is clear! I’ve turned off the bass and will only use for certain movies or music because even on the lowest setting the boom is noticeable.
