Purchase and shipping on time Working as expected though a slight touch with a metal fork or spoon is a disaster in the works for sticking to occur, HARD is the pan not the Nonstick coating, it is sensitive especially when hot - and never ever try to blacken a piece of fish with it, 500° as advertised, the coating is susceptible to failure like previous one did… (sticking flaking)

As an accomplished home cook, I love the quality of the Anolon pans. The distribute the heat evenly, easiest clean-up ever, and good-looking as well. I've used more expensive pans, but haven't used any better. The price is outstanding. Clearly recommend these guys to all levels of home chefs.

This is my 2nd Saute Pan from Avalon. We purchased 1st around 5 years ago, but unfortunately it got ruined by a family member who is been constantly scratching it with fork and knife while cooking almost every single day. Otherwise this is great sauté pan. Easy to clean, durable and non stick. I ha e the whole set from Anolon. I love that u can even cook anything in the oven on this pans.
