I hate Walmart!

The customer service representatives must be located in a 3rd world because the clarity in a phone conversation is zero! I ordered needed equipment and it came missing key parts, upon calling I was told to process a return and reorder, upon reordering I was told that there is no stock so I can't order, I went to an ironworks to have them custom fabricate the missing parts, now I need to cancel the return and be compensated for the replacement parts I had custom made, I call and the reception with Mumbai is impossible! I will never again deal with Walmart!
