When I got my microwave the door was damaged. I picked site to store so I had no idea it was broken until I got home and took it out of the box. I returned it the next day got a refund and purchased a different one same style, larger and a different color. So far so good.

Very nice microwave

Love this microwave - was looking for one that was just a little smaller than the one I had, which was also a Sharp. I love this one, the only thing I miss is having the light come on inside when I open the door, this one does not have a light (there is one when the unit is running but not when done and opening the door).

Had a hard time finding a microwave to fit the cubby in cabinetry but this one fits well. Works great but sure would like an interior light that stayed on when door is opened rather than only on when cooking. Other than that design flaw I am happy with it.
