I remember when my daughter was a toddler all I had to do was give her a graham cracker whenever I needed her to do certain things as in stop crying in public like she was dying LOL for no reason LOL LOL ... whenever I would give her these as a snack, she would always stop crying.. when I'm hungry at work and it's not lunch time yet or I didn't get to eat lunch cuz I was so busy working, trust and believe I always have a little sandwich baggie with these in them in my scrub jacket, for a mini snack attack LOL and I'm happy so I understand now when my daughter was happy when I gave her one it made her stop crying it works for me too and I'm an adult..
