It's Dawn.

When I first opened it I thought it had spilled or been refilled, but when I went back to the product at Walmart I see that the picture shows the bottle at this level also. I read a bunch of the reviews and I think the people writing negative reviews did not read the bottle or description. This says antibacterial a hand soap, and dishwashing soap ie: you wash your hands with this soap, you wash your dishes with this soap, BY HAND.
