Matcha Green Tea has at least 10% more caffeine than reg. green tea. BUT, it also works better for loosing weight with Lemon and ginger added. I drink 1 8 oz cup of this every day. Lemon and Green Tea also is very good for other ailments. the price of this at walmart is exceptional.
