0 stars for seller, Max Warehouse: I ordered this TP holder and towel bar. Only TP holder arrived. Correct tracking was never provided to me. Seller said my 2 items were arriving in 2 packages, when Walmart said 1 package. Amazing how the missing/never shipped towel bar was supposedly in the missing package. Seller said he would refund for missing towel bar. He never did. TP holder package was missing 2 wall anchors, and white powder coating was scratched. I attempted to mount to wall anyway, and the set screws were not correct and so the mounts would not tighten to the wall. I am sure that this item was a repackaged previous return, due to missing parts, damaged powder coating and incorrect parts. This purchase was a nightmare from start to finish. So much so that I do not want the headache of even returning this TP holder. I will reorder from a different seller, NOT MAX WAREHOUSE, as the TP holder would look nice if it had the correct parts to mount and did not come scratched. If you choose to purchase anything from MAX WAREHOUSE, expect high prices, dishonesty with tracking and refunds, damaged product, and ZERO customer service after the sale.
