I can't recommend this seller highly enough. My first chair arrived promptly but damaged by the shipper (who shall remain nameless). The seller, BisonOffice, based on my photographic evidence, agreed to quickly ship me a replacement chair, which I love. This is a very comfortable yer sturdy office chair that is very reasonably priced. An excellent value that I will enjoy every day for months (and years) to come as I work from home due to COVID. I only wish I had the foresight to buy one a year ago when this started. It's never too late though, and I recommend you buy one right away! Thanks to Daniel in customer service for his exceptional care.

Great chair if you have back or hip issues
Have arthritis in my back and hips and can't sit on just anything for work. This has been life changing for my pain levels. I can concentrate better and am more productive now. It took my husband all of 10 minutes to assemble. It works very well and is worth the money. This brand overall is excellent. I used one of their chairs in the office and was amazed at how I didn't hurt at all when I was in the office but was in agony at home. Now I can be comfortable no matter where I am. The lumbar support is super nice to have as well. The only con I can think of is the seat gets a bit warm if I'm here for too long, but its no big deal for me. The pain relief is worth it.
