Microwave - From Frozen - 1) Empty half frozen contents of bag into a 2-quart microwave-safe dish. 2) Cover and Microwave on High for the recommended cook time based on your microwave wattage; Stir Halfway through cooking. 3) Drain and Add contents of 1 sauce pouch. 4) Recover and Microwave on High for the recommended cook time based on your microwave wattage; Stir Halfway through cooking. 5) Let Stand for 1 Minute after cooking. Microwave Watts: 1200, First Cook Min: 6, Second Cook Min: 7. Microwave Watts: 1000, First Cook Min: 6, Second Cook Min: 7 ½. Microwave Watts: 800, First Cook Min: 8, Second Cook Min: 8 ½. Shallow Fry - From Frozen - Skillet Instructions. Veggies and Sauce Chan ged. Now Comes With Noodles
"Birds Eye Teriyaki Frozen Stir Fry Veggies and Sauce" had been Stir Fry Veggies and Teriyaki sauce for at least the past decade. Now, it comes with a type of linguine noodle. This can be frustrating if you've already created the rest of your meal with rice. This can also be frustrating if you spend your food budget "thinking" you are literally going to receive exactly what the ad says -- which are only Veggies and Sauce for your $6.97. So, I would strongly recommend Birds-Eye Asian Stir Fry Vegetables if you don't want the noodles. Also, the Birds-Eye Asian Stir Fry Vegetables give you more uniform, fresh and perfect vegetables compared to Walmart's, Target's or Aldi's generic versions. And there is little price difference per ounce. I use the BirdsEye Asian vegetables with Soy Vay Teriyaki (comes in reduced sodium version, too) and whatever meat or Shrimp I am cooking. It is super easy to fix, and goes with any version of rice or noodles you want.

Great taste and quality.
We have tried a few brand of stir fry mix and so far this one while a bit on the zippy side is the best. -It was well packaged and in perfect shape. The bag was not torn or breached. -The print on the bag was crisp, clean and easy to read. -The Veggies all look and tasted fresh, no black, questionable or hard/stem pieces like some other brands. -The ratio (after we had the other half) of each type of veggie was well mixed. At first it did not seem so as when one night we had half the bag there where only 2 mini corns. When we had the other half though there where easily 2 dozen. So if you are not using it all at once and want a good mix maybe shake the bag a bit before dishing out half. -The sauce had a bit more zip to it than I expected. Not that we are new to Teriyaki at all, this one just had more bite. Overall though it is definitely something we will be getting again.

Excellent for a quick meal. Eating out has become expensive and if I'm in the mood for vegetables and a Asian flavor, this is a perfect quick meal. Not to mention from freezer to table is less than 20 minutes.
