Helps with life's aches and pains whether it be a headache, sore back or general muscle pain, these help. There's a noticeable reduction in whatever's bothering me at the time and Bayer is a name that's been around for a long time. My only complaint would be the use of dye for the lettering on each caplet, it's just not necessary.

I didn't rate the taste or refill because most of us know how unpleasant it tastes, and I've never heard about a refill option. For back pain, it works well but doesn't provide complete relief, which is actually good since it reminds you not to overwork your back. As for side effects, yes—every drug has them.

I use to use Excedrin, then I Found Bayer Back and Body, I think it Works Better than Excedrin and also I Love the fact that it's just Aspirin and Caffeine, no Tylenol, which never works for Me, so it was a waste!!!
