Don't buy natural Almond extract
This imitation Almond extract is superior to natural Almond extract for several reasons: 1) Blind taste tests in a variety of baked goods, conducted by Cook's Illustrated, selected this product as the overwhelming favorite over various "natural" brands. 2) It's much better for the environment. The processing and extraction of natural almond extract leaves a horrible carbon footprint. 3) It's much, much less expensive.
