Toy Great - Customer Service ??

My grandson loved this - I was surprised to find it half price online. I was in the store - asked them to honor the price and they wouldn't. I ordered online for pickup at the SAME store. Standing there with it in my hand - I showed them the online order and asked to pick it up that day while I was there. The clerk literally took it back to put on the shelf. I had to come back the next day to pick it up. Double work for their worker that had to go take it back off of the shelf for me to pick up the next day. Walmart seriously needs to review their policies! This is customer service at its finest NOT!

for the sale price, i very much recommend! my kid loves these lankybox products, we've bought most of them to date so far. but with the sale price, i'm more than happy with purchasing. i will say that i tried to order the day before to have delivered, and there were many errors on the walmart end of getting my delivery order to me. i had to jump through hoops to get that order canceled just to reorder to pickup at the store the NEXT DAY, which was easy to do!
