Landspider CityTraxx H/P All Season 255/40ZR18 99W XL Passenger Tire

This was absolutely worst experience I've ever had at Walmart. The manager or assistant managers in this department were hateful and rude. I asked for copy of the notes where the auto tech noted that he couldn't put the tires on my vehicle because he didn't have the right lift. Which if funny nothing was mentioned before. I've been to this store a few times with same car looking for tires. They told me I'll have to make appointment with auto service Walmart in Apache junction, I was in signal butte Mesa Walmart. Both times I was at the signal butte Walmart people were rude and act like I'm bothering them they talked down to me. I ended up squeezing all 4 tires in my little car driving home to local tire shop and they had my tires on my rims in less then 20 minutes. I wanted to know if road hazard comes with tires how do I pay for thats and the Walmart associate said look at my invoice online that they didn't know. They seemed mad I bought my tires online but I did with their advice because the gentleman the first time I went wouldn't help me and told me to buy online because if he helps me in store it will be more expensive then if I look online. I bought the right size tire I followed their directions. Now I know to never go back to this store. Now I don't know if having prior customer affected their attitude or if anything made them have a bad morning I just don't see why they have to take it out on me. I got the email said to have my car there at 8 they said if it goes to 815 I'll be bumped I pulled in exactly at 8am say there in the bay while the auto tech helped someone else with oil change they didn't tell me till 830 they couldn't put tires on.
