Perfect for Keeping on Hand

One of my favorite childhood favorites! Peanut butter and crackers were meant for each other especially if you were a picky kid like me and didn't like cheese and crackers. Lance Sandwich Crackers, Toasty Peanut Butter are a staple food at my house. Refreshing Lemon Cookies

I love the lemon filling in these cookies! It's light and refreshing and is quite good with the nekot cookie. The lemon itself isn't too sweet but adds a little punch to the cookie. The flavors go great together and make a nice little sweet treat to satisfy any sweet tooth craving.
