Instructions
Clean and Dry: Wash the affected area with soap and water, then pat dry thoroughly. Open Seal: Use the tip of the cap to pierce the seal and open the tube. Apply Cream: Apply a thin layer of Lamisil cream to the affected area and surrounding skin. Rub in gently until fully absorbed. - Athlete’s Foot between the toes: Apply twice daily (morning and night) for 1 week, or as directed by a doctor. Wear well-fitting, ventilated shoes and change shoes and socks at least once daily. - Athlete's Foot on the bottom or sides of the foot: Apply twice daily (morning and night) for 2 weeks, or as directed by a doctor. The directions say not to use on nails but it has helped my toenail fungus tremendously. Of course ask your Dr as I'm sure this is not to be used long term. I was sure my nails would need to be removed but I was afraid to go in so i tried this as a last resort. I apply it twice a day for three months and the right big toe nail is 80% healed. The one next to my left big toe is 100% cured and the left big toenail is about 60% cured that one is very stubborn. All nails are now clear. The skin is pink and no longer thick and yellowish. The nails are beginning to be smooth again and no longer be arched. It works best after soaking in a hot bath. Buffing the nail and skin with a pedicure tool first.

Great antifungal cream! Does the job!
Clear and concise directions for use of the ointment. Definitely a winner for clearing up athlete’s feet. No one ever expects to get athlete’s fungi, but it can happen, especially if one must take showers in a public bathroom. Lamisil antifungal cream makes a difference within 2-3 weeks.

I wish I had tried this years ago! Really works
I have one foot that is always crusty and gross looking. It's dry and it peels and my doctor swore it was athletes foot, and I tried everything I could think of, but I gave up. Then on a whim, I tried Lamisil and it cleared it up in one week. I've been suffering for this from this for years! Lol I feel stupid for not trying Lea Michele the obvious choice I tried all of the other ones.
