Ordered hinged -- received fixed vent

The product itself is well made -- no complaints -- It is just that I ordered the hinged model, but received the fixed model (not hinged). The product otherwise would have earned 5 stars -- I knocked off two stars because the actual vendor (Walmart was just the store front) did not deliver what was ordered. The screw holes in the fixed model are in the corners, so I just hung this on hooks at the top, rather screw it down, so I could quickly raise it to clean it out. On the bottom I just had a L-hook that I could twist to fasten or release the bottom.

Brittle delicate plastic item

Plastic item. One of the four corners mounting tabs broke off both of the two units I bought in well packed shipping. The plastic compound is quite brittle. So I doubt it will hold up well while being installed on any irregular surface like brick, or in service it it is bumped. I got an immediate and friendly refund from the 3d Party company and Walmart though, so * for product quality but ***** for service.
