Great sweetness alternative, smells delicious!

Always thought this was the name brand, and I was surprised that it was the best value for the money when it comes to Allulose locally for me. I'm able to use in most of the recipes that call for sweetener, though some the sweetness is just a little low. That is fine if you are looking to get off of being addicted to sweet taste. Dissolves great into my smoothies!

Best substitute for sugar

This is the closest to sugar without any bad aftertaste I have ever tried. I can't have Sucralose or any of the other sugar substitute alcohols because they hurt my stomach and cause bloating, and taste like crap with a nasty aftertaste. This tastes nearly identical to sugar without any bad flavor in the mouth and no bloating issues. Mixes easily. It's just very expensive.

I use this monk fruit sweetener a lot. It has two ingredients, allulose, and monk fruit. I like that it helps me on my diabetic journey. It does not contain toxic chemical sweetners like aspartame, sucralose, maltodextrine and so many more which can be harmful to the body. This sweetener does not spike my blood glucose. It has a short term slight rise that quickly goes back down. I do use it in small amounts, like adding one teaspoon to my coffee, or herbal teas, but that's only one to three times a day. I have not cooked with it, so I'm not sure about baking with it. When I do try it, I will update the results for me, here. It is a good value for the money, too. Thanks for reading. Have a blessed day ! 🤗
