Panasonic Call Block Button with Bilingual Talking Caller ID , One-touch Call Block and 16,000 Number Block Capacity - KX-TGA710B

I received the Call Block Button through the Spark Reviewer program. We were getting a lot of spam, unknown numbers, robocalls and wanted to find something that would screen some of the calls. This Call Block Button works with a land line, not your cell phone. It's compact 4"x4" by 2" high. It comes with the phone wires necessary to connect it into you phone system. Since hooking it up, our unwanted calls have been reduced from about 15 per day to maybe 3 a day. The device announces the name and number of the incoming call and you can answer the call or hit the Call Block Button and that number will be added to the list of blocked numbers. The Call Block Button comes with 14,000 preprogrammed numbers to block and you can add up to 2,000 additional numbers. There are extra options for how to add numbers to the block list, turn on or off the announcing feature, add "unknown" and "international" numbers to be blocked, and even create an allow list for numbers you know you want to receive. Good for blocking unwanted incoming calls.

We still have a landline in my home and receive multiple unnecessary SPAM calls throughout the day. I was a little skeptical about whether or not it would really filter out the unwanted calls but I really notice the difference. The call button seems to filter out majority of the calls and I don't know how it does it. When you see the calls and hit the block call button it filters the unwanted call so you won't be interrupted again. This is a great product for those of us who still have landlines. I sure hope they can make something for cell phones soon.
