Tums is a lifesaver.
I used to be kept up at night due to a "sour stomach" after eating late. While I try not to eat late, it is sometimes unavoidable with my busy schedule. When I get that "sour stomach" feeling, I take a TUMS Ultra 1000 and fall right to sleep. I like the peace of mind that TUMS is also a good source of calcium which contributes to healthy bones.
