We had the Pressure King Pro for many years but a couple of tumbles off the worktop have stunted its' abilities and spares have been hard to find. Almost everything is the same but with some improvements:- steam release is remote from the steam. Much bigger capacity. Almost all the same features. We're still getting used to having to press the start button, the Pressure King pro gave you five seconds or so to make alterations to the time and then just started. Can't fault the cooking, it does exactly what it says it will do.

A relative had one and loved it, so we ordered this model specifically because of it's larger size and pressure cooker ability. It does what it says it does, sous vide temps seem accurate. We just use brand-name freezer bags for sous vide and that works for us. (We did have to buy little weights to hold the bag in the water.)
