Concern, suggestions and recommendations.

I am satisfied with Walmart's service but not with some of the delivery services you use. When I ordered a 65" LG TV, I was concerned about the delivery by "AIT Worldwide Logistics" because I feared they wouldn't do a good job, and unfortunately, that's exactly what happened. They made the serious mistake of delivering the TV to the wrong address, leaving it outside in the open, and not notifying me. My recommendation to Walmart is to avoid using this company.

I like the larger screen and view that's really from the LR area as well as the Dining Rm. Lightweight and thin screen to make it easier to handle if needed by yourself. lt was alittle mixup with the Delivery process/system, but it was all cleared up and worked out very well. I'm really pleased with the overall outcome.

Excellent with Xbox series x

Love this 65” LG tv picture quality and so many settings to adjust for individual liking. I purchased LG because my last tv was LG smaller (55”) still working at 7.5 years old, also from Walmart. I recommend store pickup or store delivery vs shipping. The only thing I do not like is that if an app is needed from the App Store an “LG account “ is needed. This is the only negative. The web os is very neat and organized nicely. Apps and hdmi inputs are easy and simple. Some apps come pre installed so Amazon prime Hulu Netflix and YouTube are ready for use without the need for an LG account. Vudu/Fandango I simply use from my Xbox now because I don’t want any other accounts. The speakers are fantastic imo. There is a great new setting called clear voice. Love it. Picture is fantastic imo. I have compared this to tlc Samsung and Vizio at Walmart in person an LG is the best picture and sound by far imo. we just replaced 3 tvs in our home and ended up with 2 Vizios and I chose LG which is phenomenal for my xbox series x. Amazing gaming tv. I recommend the lg.
