Unexpected from Moen

This dispenser was a replacement for the very new dispenser that broke and was just flip flopping. I had to purchase the whole dispenser including the bottle because the top part that broke isn't sold separately. We're afraid to use the new one because we don't want it to flop off again.

The Moen 344113 Soap/Lotion Dispenser Under Deck Service Kit does not come with the parts of a Moen Soap Dispenser that sit on top of the sink/counter-top.
