I bought this to help with tummy issues I was having due to a medication. You do have to make sure you mix this really wellamd it takes a little bit for everything to dissolve. I used a milk frother and that worked great. The shade of green of this product can be offputting but the flavor is actually good. I usually mixed mine with some sort of juice.
