This phone exceeded my expectations. The pictures and videos are crisp. It was rather easy to transfer the apps from my other phone. The only drawback is that the phone does not come with a wall adaptor, only the charging wire. DO NOT ORDER THIS PHONE FROM DAC ENTERPRISES. This company deceptively sent me a Latin American version of the phone, which leads to connectivity problems. This is an excellent phone - Fast and reliable. With 6GB RAM, it performs better than cheaper phones with only 4GB, which is why I was willing to pay $100 more for it. I switched to Samsung from MOTO because they have far and away the best long term version and upgrade support vs all other phone suppliers. I'm very pleased after having it for a month.

So for that reason is why i am returning it. It looked just like a new phone. Didnt see any scratches or marks or anything. I was impressed with the appearance of the phone.
