Bad Product but Kudos to Zoro

It arrived with the dial indicator dislodged from the face. I ordered a second one from another distributor and it had the same problem. I would not buy another one as obviously the manufacturer has problems. Kudos to Zoro for a prompt and fair return process. As a distributor, they offered a prompt replacement or a full refund with free return shipping. I am very pleased with Zoro. Based on this alone, I would happily purchase other products from Zoro.
