Good texture and mild flavor. Sometimes uneven in amount of tomato sauce topping , the meatloaf will be short abt 2 inch high... Will have about 1/2 c broth at bottom of pan after heating, caution when removing from microwave. Many premade meat loaves are tough from being overworked and forcefully extruded. Not this one.

I find the Hormel Square Table meals are the healthier choice for a precooked packaged dinner. I keep a variety of these dinners in my freezer for that occasional night when I need it and for camping trips. I do not microwave them though but prepare in a skillet or oven. Perfect with Idaho mashed potatoes and steam-able vegetables.
