More birds Garnet hummingbird feeder is easy to fill and clean. Major plus feature is: "it doesn't leak" . As an added measure I have it secured in the upright position to prevent swaying from any strong winds. I strongly recommend and would purchase again.

This is a beautiful feeder! I was worried that there would not be enough red to draw the hummers but they found it right away. The top looks like metal but isn't, the bottom piece with the feeding ports is metal and the bottom part that the nectar actually sits in is plastic. It holds almost 2 cups which is great when they are going through the food so quickly. It is very easy to clean, you can take it apart and give it a good rinse and scrub with hot water, bottle brush, and tooth brush and have a new batch of nectar in it in no time. I like that the base doesn't have all those tiny crevices that junk like mold can collect in. I don't use commercial nectar just a family recipe but I really love that it is glass so I can put it in the dishwasher to get it really clean if need be. will definitely buy this one again!
