Roll over top of tortilla **Microwave - From Ambient **Heating Instructions **Place 4 to 6 tortillas in a microwave, separated by damp paper towel for 30 to 45s. **Shallow Fry - From Ambient **Heating Instructions **Place one tortilla at a time in a dry skillet over medium heat and cook for about 30 seconds on each side.

After being loyal to refrigerated tortillas for years, I happened to purchase these when refrigeration was not available for me to keep them in. These tortillas are soft,but do not RIP when stuffing/folding for burritos. They baked up well to even when drenched with wet burrito sauce. But what really impressed me was the taste and also that they were just as good the next day when the wet burrito leftovers were reheated. I'll never go back to refrigerated tortillas again. La Banderita has a new loyal customer.

These are the BEST Burrito-Size Flour Tortillas made. Generally they have a LONG shelf life. I don't even refrigerate them after opening, but I do put one or two on a paper plate and Microwave them for like 15 seconds before serving.
