The step that wasn't

Well, I did receive the mounting hardware. However, I never received the step. So I am left stepless in Oregon. If you would kindly send me the stuff that I ordered I'd be happy to review it. That is comment on how effective it works and how easy it is to install. But since you're not able to deliver, I'm not sure what to say except it was a good idea. And probably not a good idea to offer to sell what you cannot sell. Probably not a good idea to offer to sell what's not available to sell?
