Save your hard earned money

This product might be decent, but I received it broken and badly bent. The problem lies with Lue Bona's customer service. They don't have an actual customer service phone number that you can call. You can email them, but they most likely won't get back to you and if they do, many day will have passed. When I emailed them telling them about the damage item I received, they wanted me to figure out which parts I needed and send them pictures so that they can replace specific pieces. It should not be up to the customer to decipher what's broken and what's not. More over, since they have no sense of urgency to get back with you, it could take many weeks before you receive enough working pieces to build your gazebo. They are a third-party seller, so don't expect Walmart online to be too helpful with your return.
