Got this for my daughter as a little treat for doing her chores all week. So happy that I did bc it ended up being really fun for both of us. I work from home and was actually able to do this little activity with her on my lunch break and get it done in 15 minutes. Super simple directions, not too messy, dries quick, and was able to leave her to place her little sparkles on the dress while I clocked back in. Only thing is that it is definitely an item you want to be sure to place on a shelf or put up after playtime. Once dry, it has the feel of a jelly-like thick rubber (?), so if thrown in a toy box or played with too rough, it could potentially fall apart. On the other hand, this makes it a perfect item to collect.

Craft LOL

This was the most fun our daughter has had with an LOL. She loves to craft and do science experiments. This one is a mix of both worlds. It does take some time to completely harden and be ready for play, but it was so much fun and turned out beautiful. With this one you fill the mold that the doll comes with, with beads that also come in the packaging. They then soak in water for two minutes. You pull them out of the water and let rest for five minutes. Then at that time you smooth the design out and add on the glitter pieces. Let rest for 4 hours to harden and cure. Pros: You get a one of a kind design. It is more engaging and hands on. The surprise is still there because you don't know which color you are going to get. Cons: It does take a long time to cure about four hours. It can be rather messy.
