It arrived packaged nicely. Nothing was damaged or missing. It was easy to put together.
The pulleys work very well so far. They are smooth and do not have any jerking motion. The smith bar is also very smooth. There is no wobbly motion like I have seen on other smith machines. I've been using it for about a month with no issues. The name is not the best (PooBoo) but I'm glad I took abc chance on it. It also comes with the sturdier 3x2 rails. The price is great. The customer service responds quickly.
