Worth it!!

I am very impressed with this smith machine for the price. I know another review said that they had a bad experience with the no instructions and I have no idea how that's possible. Not only did I have a manual to put together instructions, but there were about 12 QR codes to scan on the boxes for an instruction video. The instructions were very clear. The parts were clearly organized. The instructions do say it takes about three people to put together and a ladder. But I'm a girl and I literally put it together by myself with no ladder in four hours. Instead of using a ladder, I just flipped it on its back and once the top was put on, I sat it back up. I'm honestly really impressed with this and highly recommend.

Horrible experience.

This company never sent us instructions or hardware for the smith machine. We called Walmart 7 times to get this resolved. The first 4 times we were just trying to get the missing hardware and instructions. Smith machine vendor continued to ask what parts were missing. We kept telling them we have no instructions to tell what was missing. The 5 time I told Walmart that I want a refund and they can take these parts back. Had to speak to 2 managers to finally get my refund. Parts are sitting in my garage waiting to get picked up. Worst experience I've had with Walmart.
