Seems to be pretty good as far as nutrition of ingredients. Unclear about "natural _______ flavoring" and whether that is the actual fruit flavor, or some un-natural ingredient. Could feel the difference as far as refreshment very soon after drinking it. Good flavor. Packets make it easy to take with you. I hope Walmart will stock this on shelves going forward. It is recommended by a nutritionist on YouTube that I follow.

I'm on a GLP-1 %26 lmnt has been a lifesaver for me. I've been drinking it for 7 months now %26 it's the only electrolyte that helps me with muscle cramps.
