Tv is ok sound and picture but very challenging to setup everything and if you buy this model no voice command out of the box. The tv doesn't stop you from enabling the company to scrape all your data in order to enable voice control when this model is (I'm told by their customer support was designed because customers who just spent hundreds of dollars wanted to reduce the overall price by less than $50) doesn't support voice control on the remote. You need to buy a magic remote and there was no instruction or guidance on Walmarts site. Another $50 if you go to LGs site. Customer service does nothing. I'm very disappointed in both LG and Walmart about this. But I guess it's my fault. So much for the customer is always right. Stay away. Even Hisense gives you a remote that includes voice control and that tv was complete crap and died after a months use. I warned you. Read carefully.
