Easy to order. This is my second purchase of this monitor which I am totally satisfied with. If it wasn't for the fact that my cat damaged the first monitor it would not have been necessary for me to make the second purchase. My wife has macular degeneration in her eyes and this larger size allows her to use the computer. It is clear and crisp. I would highly recommend this monitor.

Wrong size screen advertised than what's in box

I like the laptop; however, the screen is not 16" as stated on the box. It is a 14" screen. That's very disappointing. I took the first laptop back and got this one. It was packaged the same way. The label on the box states 16, but inside the laptop screen is 14" according to measurement and the cover on the laptop.
