I have used these casing for a number of years, always had good luck with them very few blow outs (as long as you don't over stuff). Good size for country sausage or bratwurst, casing are not tough like others I have tried. Quality is consistent from my experience. Casing can be hard to source especially good ones, one of the local meat shops uses these casing for their albeit small retail sausage offerings.

Great casings
LEM brand is all I'll buy. Rarely ever do I find any holes or tears. They're easy to open so I can rinse the inside out. If I blow one out while stuffing it is my fault. They also twist easily and stay twisted. As far as cooking them on the grill as sausage or brats 0 complaints. Sometimes they can be a little tricky separating what you need but it's not too terrible bad.
