I spent some time before using it to get familiar with the settings and controls and recommend anyone who uses this toy does the same. It's easy to use once you run through all of the settings (vibrations only, wave only, and combination wave and vibrations). I would recommend this for anyone who already has experience with g-spot vibrators.
