So for some time I've been trying to figure out how to save the velcro fabric floor mop heads. the velcro fabric mop heads are held on the plastic base by Velcro. It wears out completely so I try to sew some new Velcro but it didn't last. So I ordered these because they are stretchy and end with a button. After I received them, I noticed the buttonholes around the entire strap. So I decided to put it on my dry fabric mop heads to keep them from falling off. I have quite a few that though velcro has worn off but I don't want to throw them away because their pricey to replace. So instead I use one of these straps to hold the fabric mop head on the plastic base. This is a really good idea because I have four mop poles with a plastic base. I need to dry mop my tile floors around my house. This is a helpful and great solution to extend the life of my velcro dry mopeds.
