LEGO Star Wars: A New Hope Obi-Wan's Hut 75270 Adventure Building Toy for Children 7+ (200 pieces)

LEGO Star Wars "Obi-Wan's Hut" (200 pieces). Moderately complex build (2 big bags of blocks, 2 small). I put pieces in the wrong places a few times, but, nothing is too tricky. No stickers either, yay! By raising the domed roof and opening the sides, Kenobi's modest desert homestead becomes a fun playset environment that you can use to relive scenes from A New Hope. The large brown chest contains Anakin's lightsaber and the Marksman-H Combat Remote (which mounts on the transparent rod hanging on the wall for some sparring). There's a pot of green soup (Yoda's secret recipe?) cooking on the stove. R2-D2's Princess Leia hologram message is playing on the table. There are three spots to sit and refreshments to accommodate guests. Trinkets are on display, including a Gaffi Stick trophy (maybe the Raider is trying to avenge a comrade?). All-in-all, it's an attractive little science fiction house (too small really, it's pretty cramped inside) and I like that the structure folds up to make it more compact. Obi-Wan Kenobi, Luke Skywalker, R2-D2, and a Tusken Raider are the mini figures included in this set, which is a nice assortment and provides both comrades and an adversary. Only Luke has two different expressions, but, there are several accessories to go around. I like this kit quite a bit, but, I also feel that it's overpriced for a set of this size (MSRP 30 bucks, I reluctantly paid 24); the Star Wars license isn't cheap.
