This set is a genuine masterpiece. Yes the interior and some of the mini figure selections could have been better, but given the absolute scale and challenge it was to even make this set possible I think the team did the absolute best job they could. I personally loved most of the interior with the Iron man workshop/armoury and the party room being my favourites. The lab floor with the bridge and caps behind on display is also highlight, but compared to the interior of the Bugle and Sanctum it easily has the weakest out of the three in my opinion. However, the exterior of the set is so good it will knock the daily bugle and sanctum off your shelf. You may think that building all those windows (269 to be exact, and that's not even counting the bigger transparent blue pieces) would get very repetitive, but it never got old for me. In fact I was actually excited every time I got to get back to building a section of windows, it was so satisfying! Some of the mini figures leave a bit to be desired and could have easily been replaced with someone else (Alexander Pierce, Kevin Feige, Wong and Helen Cho) but everyone else I think is great and definitely fit into the set perfectly. All in all, this is the best lego marvel set ever released so far alongside the daily bugle. It is expensive, but for the size, amount of pieces and the minifigure selection it is a fantastic deal, especially when you compare it to the recent ucs Venator which only comes with 2 minifigures and about 100 more pieces at a price of $999 Australian, this set is a no brainer to pick up.

When I first heard this set was being released, I knew I had to get it. It is extremely detailed and looks amazing on display. There are so many different figures and, unlike other play sets, there's actually a place to stick them so you don't end up with too many loose pieces. The biggest issue with this set is that you will be building a lot of windows. But, overall, I really enjoyed building this set and I highly recommend it to any Marvel fan.
