This set is absolutely incredible and it's hard to find any issues with it because of its great design and aesthetic. The last few years of modular sets are what brought me back to the hobby. That said I don't believe any have stood out as much as this one. Its design and intricate details make it stand out like no other modular set and will be a hard one to pass. Clever building techniques and ingenious part usage give nothing but awe as you build this beauty. Now as usual, I built this in one sitting, a very enjoyable 12 hour build and proved challenging at times, especially trying to put together those strange angles for the pub.

The overall build experience is probably one of the best out of all the modular building. The use of new parts and recolored parts from the various themes made for an interesting building. From the first floor to the third floor there are new building techniques used through out. Overall a fun build :) As you can see in the pictures it blends in well in a modular building city scape.
