I am a CNA in a "nursing home." The Omron blood pressure wrist cuff is the best one on the market.. especially when you're reading multiple resident's blood pressures and heart rates. The manual blood pressure arm cuff might be the most accurate, but this wrist cuff is pretty close.

Worth the extra money vs similar units
Purchased for father-in-law with dementia who is supposed to take his own blood pressure three times a day. It is much easier for him to use by himself than the traditional upper arm cuff unit he has (Equate brand). Readings between the two are similar. Incorrect readings or errors have been greatly reduced. There are many units available and this one costs more than some brands but OMRON is a trusted and verified brand. The one thing that they could do better is to make the carrying case large enough to fit the instruction booklet inside with the unit.
