Wrong Item Receiived.

I ORDERED THE LIGHTSHEILD, AND RECEIEVED A PLAIN BLACK SHEILD. I called customer service and was on hold for two hours for them to tell me returns was closed. I sent pictures of the wrong item and never received any info back. I finally went online to chat and Sheila was helpful and sent me a return label right away. I am sending product back and am waiting for my refund. Once I receive my refund, I will place the ordered for the lightsheil again and pray that it will be the right one.
