Works Fine On Windows 10

I'm not sure if I needed to go this far, but I downloaded the software from the CD onto a Windows XP computer to extract the files. I then copied them to my Windows 10 computer via a USB jump drive and it seems like it works just fine now. I did need my IT department to verify that a COM port (in the COM1-COM9 range) was available for the meter to pull data (I have no clue what "COM port" language means, but it apparently was enough for IT to set things straight).

Simply plug-in and begin logging

The Fluke VR1710 is an easy to use affordable option for logging single phase power quality. The free software included is easy to use. Just plug it directly into the power socket and capture data. Effortlessly log RMS, transients, flicker, and harmonics up to the 32nd.

High failure rate

This is a nice device when it works, but our company has bought many of them and we have experienced a very high failure rate. When they fail the repair is almost always just replacement which is very expensive.
