Love the product, not the ordering process
I have had this camera before. Easy to use and effective. Love the product. Not the order process. This one ordered through Wal Mart but was shipped from a third party and doesn't work. If I wanted to order from a 3rd party I would have. I oppose the idea of not getting this from the retailer I ordered it from. Now that it has to be returned I don't think I have the confidence of just returning it to the store. I am awaiting return instructions.
