Solid trimmer, tad expensive, powerful

I bought this because the 20v Dewalt trimmer I had wasn't quite enough for my yard. I love this trimmer. It's powerful, the battery lasts acceptably long, and I've used it to mow trails, trim and edge lawns, and and brush out property. I have the string head and the brush head for it, and when you have the right head for the brush you're cutting this thing will cut it. I wish the string head came with the shoulder strap - that would be nice. Instead, the brush head came with the strap, which was a welcome addition to the tool overall.

Just what I needed

I was tired of having to keep adjusted my gas trimmer but I was worried that the battery life would be terrible. I trimmed my 1 acre yard twice then attached the pole saw and trimmed trees. Still half a battery left.

Powerful, Light, but expensive batteies

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] More powerful that most, if not all gas trimmers this price. I use it here in New Mexico cutting anything from overgrown leach fields to thick dead thistles. Thicker string is a MUST, otherwise you are wasting your time.
