I got these for my husband to try out while he was sick and between the steam and one of these tablets it works great to open your sinuses up! Definitely recommend and if you have little ones you can put the tablet in a hot bath and steam up your bathroom and just hang out in the bathroom and play to help loosen up or drain and nasal congestions or discharge they are having!
