Deceptive advertising. It says the bowl capacity is 8 liters but I poured a gallon of water into it while cleaning it to prepare for first use and I'd say the bowl can safely handle 4 liters of substance. The gallon of water fills the bowl to 2/3 - 3/4 capacity. While it's still nice to have a larger 4 liter capacity food processor, that's simply not what this product describes itself to be. I feel like I got half of what I paid for.
